Lobbyist For The Massachusetts Municipal Police Coalition

The MMPC has retained Scott Taylor as our lobbyist beginning Jan 1, 2025.

Scott was previously involved with the MMPC legislative efforts when he was an officer/e-board with a former member union and then participated with the NEPBA Legislative Committee when his union became affiliated with that organization.  Scott went to Boston countless times to listen to testimony at committee hearings and testified on occasion on behalf of the groups.  He has been retired as a police officer for a number of years now and primarily assists McDonald Lamond Canzoneri LLC, as needed, in their operations as a consultant.
