Created in the mid 1970's as an avenue for police and fire fighters to collectively bargain their disputes with municipalities voluntarily or if unable to do so, create a process or procedure to resolve their disputes, the JLMC has announced the following changes in staffing, policies and procedures, scheduling, and time frame for the completion of the formal process.
